How to Get a Unique Landing Page for Your Affiliate Offers

Affiliate marketing can sometimes be a cut-throat industry. Offers go down, advertisers don’t pay, or someone steals your landing page. None of those problems mattered to me when I first began.

Hell, I wish I had the problem of someone stealing my landing page. It would have meant that I actually had a decent enough landing page to copy….

Instead of someone ripping my landing pages I couldn’t even make a proper one. My landing pages didn’t convert. They didn’t even look that great even though I thought they did. So instead of you spending hours on a landing page that isn’t converting I’ve written this. So you can have one converting in no-time at all.

The first thing you should consider before you even design your page is who you are trying to target. This is what most affiliate marketers refer to as demographics.

Your demographics are ages, sex, lifestyle, and even annual salary. Of course this mini list isn’t exactly all your demo’s. You could target people based on something they do or even play. Here’s an example:

Demographic: Nintendo gamer
Offer: Nintendo game

Once you understand your demographics you can move on. Now I don’t suggest always being innovative when you are first getting started. So once you have an offer and the demographics for it you can look for landing pages.

Now I’m not saying completely copy a landing page, but cloning parts here and there isn’t going to make you a bad guy. You see when you’re targeting a certain demographic they respond to different colors, headings, and even shapes. So copying a few landing pages that you see consistently over the week will help you out.

Now that you have demographics based on an offer you’ve picked out you can start a landing page. This is where your copying of other landing pages comes up. You should bring them up to your screen and start choosing parts that you like.

With all these parts you can begin constructing your landing page and have something unique. Now all that’s left to do is test it out and try split testing a second landing page.

The more landing pages you make the better you will get. So I recommend creating a few landing pages every few days to improve your skills. Another good way of staying on top of your game is to look at other landing pages and track them.

See how often they’re up during the week, write down the time, and even the offer it leads to. The longer the landing page is up the more money they are probably making.
