There is no better motivation to a person that good food. Knowing that you will be eating really delicious food at the end of each house cleaning session is more than enough to keep you going until you clean the whole house.

Food is not the only treat that you can give yourself. If you don't like eating much, you can always treat yourself to a spa to soothe those tired bones and muscles.
